This additional function enables the use of digital delivery bills. The digital delivery bill is available for all modules.

This function is the first step towards automatic invoicing.

The digital delivery bill is perfectly complemented by the Simma customer portal.

  • customer receives delivery bill by e-mail or download immediately after signing
  • less delivery bill reworking
  • no paper - no scanning
  • adaptation of the delivery bill directly on the construction site (special services, times, comments, ...)
  • simple adaptation of delivery note layouts as no pre-printed form is required
  • customers can sign delivery bills collectively
  • reduction of administrative expenses (for customers)
